Louse M. Wenonah, NJ (Designed by The Home Depot 974) I have just had a kitchen installed by Housecrafters through The Home Depot. I chose the absolute worst time of the year to do this project - between Thanksgiving and Christmas, but I was assured that the job would be completed before the 25th. I have to say that on December 23rd, I had a working kitchen and was able to make a very big breakfast for my visiting family on Christmas morning. None of this would have been possible without the extremely hard work of Sue. She is a real asset to your company. She cares about what she does and she can deliver what she promises. I owe her a debt of gratitude and wish to let you know what she accomplished for me. I would also like to compliment Ray. Everyone connected with this project contributed in a very positive way for which I am very happy and my husband and I are pleased with the results. I am going to enjoy cooking every single meal in my beautiful new kitchen.

Mr. & Mrs. John T. Swarthmore PA (Designed by The Home Deport 4142) I am writing to let you know how satisfied we are with the remodeling work that was recently completed to our kitchen. Guests in our home are really impressed with the craftsmanship of the work that was completed by Larry and Vince. They kept us informed all the way through the project and were able to give us a heads up on problems they might run into. They were friendly, polite and kept our inconvenience to a minimum. When we had a question, it was answered in a way that was understood by both of us. There were a couple problems with the order, but these problems were straightened out by Larry. Larry had left his cell phone number for coordination of different installations, and if we had any problems or questions. The calls were always answered in a prompt manner. I have 3 dogs and they miss Larry and Vince because they would always talk to the dogs before they started work. What I'm really trying to say is that if I had any other remodeling work to be done in the future, I would select these two gentlement to do the work in a heartbeat. They are a credit to your organization and reflect well on the work being done by your group. Again, thanks again for a job well done.

SERVICE AFTER THE SALE! (from Dr. A.B. of Elkins Park, PA, Designed by the Willow Grove Home Depot) I am writing to let you know that Mr. John Sammartino (production manager) truly represents your firm in a professional and caring manner. On Monday, June 13, 2005 my wife and I noticed a puddle of water under and near the new sink in the kitchen. I called Mr. Sammartino. He responded immediately and promptly sent Mr. Gray (staff carpenter) of your staff to investigate the problem and to fix it. Mr. Gray was easily able to identify the problem and fixed it on the spot. The entire encounter was pleasant and met all of our needs. Home Depot should be very pleased with your company not only in providing the initial construction but in responding to the follow-up needs of the client.

From a customer (initials DC) of The Home Depot, King of Prussia Dear Housecrafters: I would be remiss if I did not write to tell you of the wonderful job that your company did in installing my kitchen. From the beginning to the end, it was a very professional job and left me little anxiety while going through this monumental project. Starting with the measurement team and Home Depot’s designer, you made me feel comfortable at the beginning of this project. The professionalism of everyone was beyond what I expected. You explained each step of the project at the onset and that is exactly how it went, from design to finish. After delivery of the cabinets, the electricians came out the next week and completely redid my kitchen, giving me the much needed outlets in the outdated structure. These men were professional and courteous in everything they did. This leads me to my carpenters. They were extremely professional and answered my every question. Jim, the lead carpenter, made me feel comfortable and was very precise in all he did to appease an already excited customer (me). He did not make me feel that I was “getting on his nerves” as I know I was, but was patient and kind. After the counter tops were installed, he returned to complete the job, and showed me how to use my new dishwasher, garbage disposal and sink, not leaving me to fend for myself. To say the least, I am very pleased with my job and my kitchen is BEAUTIFUL. I actually go in there to cook now. Thank you Housecrafters!
